NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT

Perry Street Preparatory Public Charter School (PSP PCS) announces its intent to enter into a sole source contract with Amplify Education, Inc. for the purchase of Amplify Science to support student learning in Grades 1, 5, and 8 during the 2025–2026 school year. The contract includes digital teacher and student licenses, student investigation notebooks, professional development, and associated materials, with an estimated total cost of $41,466.76. Amplify is the exclusive provider of these curriculum resources, which were selected for their strong alignment to Next Generation Science Standards and evidence-based effectiveness in enhancing student engagement and achievement.
