DISSOLUTION NOTICE

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 29-412.07 of the District of Columbia Code that Alliance for Lifetime Income, a District of Columbia nonprofit corporation has dissolved as of August 29, 2025. Persons with any claims against the company, if any, are requested to present them in writing to Susan Leahy, Covington & Burling LLP, 850 10th Street NW, Washington, DC 20001. Claimants must submit detailed information to support their claim. A claim against the dissolved corporation is barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within three years after the publication of this notice. (DC Code § 29-412.07).
