4:00 p.m. Public Hearing to consider the adoption of an amendment to The Code of the County of Fairfax, Virginia, (Fairfax County Code) which will be set forth in Appendix R, prohibiting commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles (watercraft, boat trailers, motor homes, or camping trailers), and any trailer or semitrailer, as defined, respectively, in Fairfax County Code §§ 82-5-7, 82-5B-1, and 82-1-2(a)(50), from parking on the south side of Boone Boulevard, from the northeastern property line of 2051 Chain Bridge Road to the northeastern property line of 8301 Boone Boulevard, twenty-four hours per day, seven days a week. The proposed restrictions would be established in accordance with, and be subject to, the provisions of Fairfax County Code Section 82-5-37. (Providence District). 4:00 p.m. Public Hearing regarding a proposed Deed of Lease (“Lease”) between the Board of Supervisors of Fairfax County, Virginia and DrinkLocal LLC (“Tenant”) for the purpose of a private operation of a food and beverage retail establishment. The proposed Lease would allow the Tenant to operate a food and beverage retail establishment approximately 4,554 square feet in the Mount Vernon District, with an address of 9517 Workhouse Way, Lorton, Virginia, in Building W-15 of the Workhouse Arts Campus, as well as adjacent outdoor patio and plaza areas. Having an on-site food and beverage retailer at this location is expected to assist with placemaking at this historic facility and support the vibrant arts and cultural programming occurring at the Workhouse Arts Campus. A copy of the proposed Lease is available for review in the Office of the Clerk to the Board of Supervisors in the Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax, Virginia 22035. 4:00 p.m. Public Hearing to consider the conveyance of land rights in County-owned property located at 3750 Blenheim Boulevard and identified as City Tax Parcel No. 57 2 02 172 to the City of Fairfax. Copies of the documents relating to the aforementioned subject are on file and available for review on the County’s website at www.fairfaxcounty.gov and at the office of the Clerk for the Board of Supervisors, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Suite 552, Fairfax, VA (703-324-3151).

4:00 p.m. Citizens and businesses of Fairfax County are encouraged to present their views on issues of concern. The Board will hear public comment on any issue except issues under litigation, issues which have been scheduled for public hearing before the Board (this date and future dates), personnel matters, and/or comments regarding individuals. Each speaker may have up to three minutes and a maximum of 10 speakers will be heard. Speakers may address the Board only once during a six-month period. Individuals wishing to provide public comment must sign up in advance no later than 12:00 p.m. on the day of the public comment period either online at https://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/bosclerk/speakers-form or by calling 703-324-3151.
