The reason for this cause is to obtain the whereabouts of any persons who may have an interest in the subject property located at and more commonly described as 11312 Parkgate Drive, Nokesville, Virginia 20181.

An Affidavit having been made and filed showing that the Defendant(s), the heirs, devisees, and successors in interest of John Knight or anyone with an interest in 11312 Parkgate Drive, Nokesville, Virginia 20181 in the above-entitled cause are unknown at this time and that due diligence has been used to ascertain the whereabouts, to no effect, and that the last known post office addresses for said Defendant(s) are unknown.

Upon consideration whereof, this Order of Publication is GRANTED, and it is ORDERED that the above-named Defendant(s) do appear at the Clerk’s Office of the Prince William County Circuit Court, located at 93111 Lee Ave., 3 rd Floor, Manassas, Virginia 20110 on or before October 29, 2025, which date is no sooner than fifty (50) days after entry of this Order of Publication.

And it is further Ordered that this Order of Publication be published once a week

for four (4) successive weeks in The Washington Times a newspaper of general

circulation in Prince William County, Virginia.
