and all variations in the spelling, usage, or representation of these names and the associated

identification code, along with all assets tied to these identifiers, are hereby protected under

copyright and are the exclusive property of the Zivot Community.

All securities, documents, and electronic or magnetic records containing any of the above-

mentioned names or identification code that are located outside the Zivot Community must be

immediately returned to the Zivot Community.

Any use, reproduction, or variation of the aforementioned names, in any form and by any party, without the prior written consent of the Zivot Community is strictly prohibited and will result in a contractual penalty of $500,000.00 (The United States dollar, ISO 4217, Code:
