SHOW CAUSE ORDER AGAINST DISTRIBUTION

It is ordered that the creditors of, and all other interested in the above estate show cause, if they can, on the 24th day of September 2025, at 10 AM, before this Court held virtually via Microsoft Teams, against payment and delivery of the estate to the legatees without requiring refunding binds. It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for two successive weeks in Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the Court's jurisdiction, it appearing that a report of the accounts of John K. McPhail, Administrator of the estate, and of the debts and demands against the decedent's estate has been filed in the Clerk's Office, and that six months have elapsed since qualification as Administrator.
