IT APPEARING that all statutory requirements have been met; that the report of the debts and demands against the Estate of Donald R. Smith has been filed in the Clerk's office; and that more than six months have elapsed since the qualification of Shirley Ann Jarecki as the Executor of the said Estate, on the motion of the said Executor, it is hereby

ORDERED that the creditors of, and all other persons interested in, the Estate of Donald R. Smith show cause, if any they can at 10:30 a.m., on the 10th day of October, 2025, before the Prince William County Circuit Court at its Courtroom, against payment and delivery of the Estate of Donald R. Smith, deceased, to the legatees without requiring further bonds. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in THE WASHINGTON TIMES, a newspaper circulated in the County of Prince William, Virginia.
