O R D E R

THIS CAUSE came to be heard upon the Motion of Michael Doud Gill III, Administrator of the Estate of Menon Vijayalakshmi, Deceased, requesting that this Court enter a Show Cause Order pursuant to Virginia Code § 64.2-550 and related provisions, and for guidance concerning the proposed distribution of the assets of the Estate.

IT APPEARING that it is to the benefit of the Estate and the heirs of the Estate to grant the requested relief;

WHEREFORE it is hereby ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED as follows:

1) That all creditors and other persons interested in the estate of Menon Vijayalakshmi, deceased, appear before this Court on the 27th day of August, 2025, at 10 a.m., to show cause, if any they can, why the remainder of the Estate should not be delivered to Mr. Goh Kok Yeow, Administrator of the Singapore-sited Estate of the Decedent, subject only to the retention by the Administrator of sufficient funds to satisfy remaining costs of administration; and

2) That a copy of this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Alexandria, in accordance with Virginia Code § 64.2-550;

3) That the Petitioner shall cause this Order to be posted at the front door of the courthouse of this Court in accordance with law.
