The Government of the District of Columbia, on behalf of the Department of Public Works (DPW) is seeking a contractor to provide leaf composting and other vegetative debris recycling services (yard debris, tree debris such as oversized limbs, trunks and stumps, wood chips, holiday trees and storm­related vegetative debris) along with providing compost or mulch to the District on a monthly basis.
