Piel, Substitute Trustee, shall be ratified and confirmed, unless cause to the contrary thereof be shown on or before the 13th day of October, 2025, provided that a copy of this NOTICE be published at least one a week in each of three (3) successive weeks in some newspaper of general circulation published in Montgomery County, Maryland, before the 13th day of October, 2025.
