PCA 2005-LE-027 (RZPA 2025-FR-00022) - THE KOINONIA FOUNDATION INC., PCA Appl. to amend the proffers for RZ 2005-LE-027 previously approved for a church and related facilities to permit modifications to proffers to permit a Club, Service Organization, or Community Center; and accessory uses on the subject property. Staff reports are typically published two weeks prior to the hearing, although changes to the schedule may affect their date of publication.
