Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) Replacement and System Upgrade

RFP for Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) Replacement and System Upgrade: DC International School seeks proposals from qualified contractors to replace the existing faulty Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) and upgrade all obsolete fire alarm and sprinkler monitoring devices to meet current code and industry standards. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design-build solution that includes all necessary engineering, permitting, installation, materials, testing, and final inspection for full compliance with DC Fire Marshal and Department of Buildings requirements.
