The object of this suit is to have Petitioner Roosevelt Denzell Everett Henderson to adopt Isabella Grace Martinez Casares, a minor child not his by birth; and;

IT APPEARING from Petitioners' Affidavit that Francis Raphael Martinez Martinez is a non-resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, that diligence has been used without effect to ascertain the whereabouts of Francis Raphael Martinez Martinez and that Francis Raphael Martinez Martinez's last known address is 1212 Chase Heritage Circle, #1210-102, Sterling, Virginia 20164; it is therefore

ADJUDGED, ORDERED AND DECREED that notice of the instant proceedings shall be published for four consecutive weeks in The Washington Times beginning October 2, 2025, posted at the courthouse and mailed to Francis Raphael Martinez Martinez at his last known address above; and

ADJUDGED, ORDERED AND DECREED that the above-named Francis Raphael Martinez Martinez appear before this Court on or before November 14, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. after due publication of this Order to protect his interests in this cause.
