THE OBJECT of the above-styled case used is to obtain a Final Decree of Divorce a vincula matrimonii on the ground of a one-year separation; and

IT APPEARING TO THE COURT by Affidavit filed according to law that Defendant's last known address is: 590 15th Street S., Apt. 428, Arlington, Virginia 20902; that Plaintiff sought service of process via special process server on Defendant at her last known address and the special process server has filed a return of service stating she has been unable to make personal service of process on the Defendant, she posted the Summons and Complaint for Divorce at the Defendant's last known address, and has failed to find any information to allow further search; that Defendant's present whereabouts are unknown to the Plaintiff; and that Plaintiff has used due diligence to attempt to locate the Defendant without effect; it is therefore

ORDERED, that said Defendant is to appear before this Court on or before the 20th day of November, 2025, and do what is necessary to protect her interests herein.

And it is further ORDERED that the above paragraphs be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the City/county of Fairfax. The Clerk of this Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse, and shall mail a copy of this Order to the Defendant at her last-known address.
