The Government of the District of Columbia (District), Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF) is seeking a Contractor to conduct an annual Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS®) survey in accordance with guidelines outlined by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and complete analysis of the results for one or more home and community-based populations.
