The reason for this cause is to have a copy of the will dated April 20, 2025, to be admitted to probate. An affidavit having been made and filed showing that most of the parties are “nonresident individual[s], other than a nonresident individual fiduciary who has appointed a statutory agent”, service by publication for these parties are sufficient.
