SHOW CAUSE ORDER

It appearing that a report of the accounts of Timothy M. Purnell, Esquire, Administrator, of the Estate of Jimmy H. Ghadban, deceased, and of the debts and demands against his estate has been filed in the Clerk's Office, and six months have elapsed since the qualification, on motion of the Administrator, IT IS ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the estate do show cause, of any they can, on the 14th day of November, 2025, before this Court at its courtroom, at 10:30 a.m., against payment and delivery of the Estate of Jimmy H. Ghadban, deceased, to the distributees without refunding bonds as the Court prescribes; and it is further ORDERED that this Order be published in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in this Court's jurisdiction, at least once a week for two successive weeks.
