Psychological Evaluation and

Special Education Services

Perry Street Prep PCS is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive psychological evaluation and related special education support services for students in grades PK3–8. These services must align with federal and District of Columbia regulations under IDEA and be designed to support individualized education program (IEP) development, Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions, and data-driven decision-making for student success.

The deadline for submitting PDF proposals is 12:00 PM (noon) on Monday, October 27, 2025. Proposals that are incomplete or received after the deadline will not be considered. All submissions must address the full scope outlined in this RFP.
