SHOW CAUSE ORDER AGAINST PAYMENT AND DELIVERY OF THE ESTATE

Upon consideration of the motion of TCV Trust & Wealth Management, Inc., as Executor of the Estate of Sheldon Lewis Lynn, deceased (the "Estate"), for entry of an order pursuant to Va. Code § 64.2-556 for the creditors and all other person claiming any interest in the Estate or in its assets to show cause on the date named herein below, if any, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of decedent to his legatees and/or distributees provided in his last will and testament under administration of these proceedings; and,

It appearing that a report of the Commissioner of Accounts of the City of Alexandria approving the first filed account of the Executor and a report of the Commissioner of the debts and demands against the Estate which identified no known claims against the Estate, have been filed in the Clerk's Office with no exceptions taken; and

It further appearing that six (6) months have elapsed since the qualification of the Executor, it is therefore,

ORDERED that creditors of, and all others interested in, the Estate and/or its assets in any manner, do show cause, if any they can, on the 12th day of November, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. before this Court, virtually, via Microsoft Teams, at 10 a.m., against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Sheldon Lewis Lynn, deceased, to the legatees and/or distributees of the Estate provided in the decedent's last will and testament under administration in these proceedings, with or without requiring refunding bonds ad the Court shall direct, and it is further

ORDERED that this Order shall be published in the Washington Times once a week for two successive weeks prior to the 12th day of November, 2025 in the Washington Times newspaper.
