NOTICE

Elda Elicenia Gonzalez Chavarria, the Andres Medina has filed a complaint motion entitled:Complaint for Custody in which she is seeking sole legal and physical custody of a minor child in case number; C-02-FM-25-002750.

Notice is hereby issued by the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, Maryland that the relief sought in the aforementioned Complaint for Custody may be granted unless cause can be shown to the contrary.

Andres Medina is to file a response to the Complaint for Custody on or before: November 12, 2025.

Failure to file the response within the time allowed may result in a judgment by default or the granting of the relief sought.
