Notice of Intent to Enter Sole Source Contract

ROSS CONSULTING GROUP, LLC

Mundo Verde Public Charter School (MVPCS) intends to enter into a sole-source contract with Ross Consulting Group, LLC to provide an Interim Senior Advisor and construction project management oversight services. Ross Consulting Group, LLC has previously provided Interim Senior Advisory services to MVPCS and is familiar with MVPCS operational needs. Moreover, Ross Consulting Group has previous experience managing MVPCS’ Owner’s Representative and working with MVPCS’ General Contractor. Ross Consulting Group previously provided similar services to other public charter schools. Ross Consulting Group provides highly specialized and critical services that are not readily found in the marketplace, as we work to backfill critical operational leadership vacancies and complete our ongoing construction project.

The cost of this contract will be approximately $70,000

Public Notice:

This notice is published in compliance with the DC Public Charter School Board's requirements for sole source contracts. It is being issued at least seven business days prior to the Award Date, in the D.C. Register and two newspapers of general circulation. Any objections to this sole source procurement should be directed to Rocio Yoc at ryoc@mundoverdepcs.org no later than 5:00 pm on October 30, 2025.

Award and Execution:

The Sole Source Contract will be awarded after the close of business on October 30, 2025. The contract execution and effective date will adhere to PCSB policies.
