Friendship PCS is engaging in a partnership with Chapter One NFP, a 501c3 non-profit corporation, that is uniquely positioned to provide a comprehensive model and outsourcing capability for delivery of high impact early literacy tutoring for grades K-3. Their research-based ESSA Tier I approved program (Evidence of Strong Impact) delivers one-to-one explicit systematic phonics and word attack skills instruction aligned to Florida's B.E.S.T. standards. Chapter One is the sole source custom developer and provider of our Chapter One high impact tutoring© Chapter One NFP 2025 model.

One as the sole source developer and provider of this proven technology supported tutoring model.

The estimated yearly cost is approximately $180,000. The contract term shall be automatically renewed for the same period unless either party, 60 days before expiration, gives notice to the other of its desire to end the agreement.
