NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Town Council (the “Town Council”) of the Town of Vienna, Virginia (the “Town”) will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 27, 2025, beginning at 7:30 p.m., in the Council Room, Town Hall, 127 Center Street South, Vienna, Virginia, to consider the following:

Appeal of the September 18, 2025, Denial / Disapproval order and decision issued by the Board of Architectural Review for the wall sign filed by applicant and agent, Signs Unlimited, Inc. for the tenant known as Astera Investments Corp. DBA Ace Hardware of Vienna in the Cedar Park Shopping Center, located at 264 Cedar Ln SE, BAR Docket PF-1808851-BAR, pursuant to Chapter 4 of the Vienna Town Code, specifically Town Code Sections 4-12 and 4-13.

Copies of the said application may be viewed in the office of the Town Clerk Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or via the website at www.viennava.gov.
