The Government of the District of Columbia is soliciting electronic proposals for the following:

CAPTION: FY25 Anacostia River Sediment Project (ARSP) Remedial Action

The District of Columbia (“District”) Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of Department of Energy and Environment (“DOEE”) is seeking a Remediation Contractor (“Contractor”) who shall be required to work with OCP and DOEE to implement a Remedial Action (RA) at the Anacostia River Sediment Project (ARSP). The project involves: (1) Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) remediation of eleven early action areas (EAAs); and (2) dredging channels and sandbars in Kingman Lake and that impede safe boating.
