PLANNING COMMISSION

Public hearing before the Planning Commission of Fairfax County, Virginia, to be held at the Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax, Virginia 22035.
Plan amendment SSPA 2023-III-2FC concerns approx. 22.64 ac of land generally located at 11208 and 11204 Waples Mill Road, 3949 Pender Drive; Tax Map # 56-2 ((1)) 74B; 57-1 ((1)) 10 and 23 in the Springfield Supervisor District. The area is planned for office use at 0.25 Floor Area Ratio (FAR) at the baseline and 0.5 FAR at the overlay level. The plan amendment will consider an option for residential mixed use redevelopment up to 1.2 FAR. Recommendations relating to the transportation network may also be modified. SSPA 2023-III-2FC is concurrently under review with Rezoning application RZ 2024-SP-00011.
