ORDER OF PUBLICATION

This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs' Affidavit for Order of Publication pursuant to Va. Code 8.01-316. The Court has considered the Affidavit, and it appears to the Court that service by publication is appropriate.

IT IS ORDERED an Order of publication be entered directed to Santos Alberto Benitez, and that notice of this action be published once a week for four successive weeks in The Washington Times.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the abbreviated style of the petition is: Erika Vanesa Campos Paniagua v. Santos Alberto Benitez, and that the object of this petition is: custody.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-named Defendant appear and protect his interests on or before November 14, 2025.

The Clerk shall cause a copy of this Order to be posted at the front door of the courthouse and shall transmit the Order to the designated newspaper for publication within twenty (20) days after entry of this Order, in accordance with Va. Code 8.01-317.

Cost of publication shall be paid by Plaintiffs, subject to later recovery as permitted by law.
