SHOW CAUSE ORDER

It appearing that reports of the accounts of Jerrold Robert Perkins, Josephine Perkins Yentes, and Janet Sarah Boyd, Co-Executors of the Estate of Jeffrey Michael Perkins, deceased ("Estate"), and of the debts and demands against the Estate having been filed in the Clerk’s Office, and that more than six months have elapsed since qualification of the Co-Executors; and

IT IS ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in the Estate of Jeffrey Michael Perkins, deceased, do show cause, if any they can, at 9:00 a.m on the 7th day of November, 2025, before this court at its courtroom against the payment and delivery of the remaining Estate of Jeffrey Michael Perkins, deceased, to the Estate creditors, distributees and legatees with such refunding bonds or surety as the Court prescribes or the Co-Executors determines is appropriate; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Fairfax, Virginia.
