Projector Installs

RFP for Projector Installs: DC International School is seeking service providers to support DCI’s Mounted Projector project. DCI infrastructure serves over 1600 students and 300 staff members. We are seeking the purchasing and insulation of about 10 Epson BrightLink 760Wi projectors in our classrooms, this work will also require running of network cabling and configurations.

Proposals must include:

• On-site and remote support hours

• Qualifications

• Estimated fees and length of job

Questions and requests for on-site visits should be directed to carlos.alfaro@dcinternationalschool.org before October 29, 2025. Proposals should be sent to RFP@dcinternationalschool.org. Proposals must be received no later than the close of business November 04, 2025. Please specify “RFP for Projector Installs” in the subject line. No phone calls or late responses please.
