NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Fairfax at its meeting on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 7 p.m. in City Hall Annex, Room 100, 10455 Armstrong Street, Fairfax, Virginia, 22030, will hold a public hearing to consider the following:

Request from Zandra’s/Great Eats Hospitality, LLC, applicant, by Old Town Fairfax Ventures, Joshua Alexandar, agent, for consideration of a Special Use Permit (SUP) pursuant to City Code Section 110-6.7 to allow a dancing and entertainment area in an existing restaurant on the premises identified as 3950 University Drive, Suite 210 and more particularly described as Tax Map 57-2-43-B2-202.

Staff reports will be available at least five (5) days prior to the meeting date in the same location and posted on the City of Fairfax website at www.fairfaxva.gov.
