SHOW CAUSE ORDER

It appearing that report of the accounts of Stephanie Parker, Executor of the Estate of Richard Clyde Goolsby, deceased ("Estate"), and of debts and demands against the Estate having been filed in the Clerk’s Office, and that more than six months have elapsed since qualification of the Executor; and

IT IS ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in the Estate of Richard Clyde Goolsby, deceased, do show cause, if any they can, at 10:30 a.m on the 14th day of November, 2025, before this Court at its courtroom against the payment and delivery of the remaining Estate of Richard Clyde Goolsby, deceased, to the Estate creditors, distributees and legatees with such refunding bonds or surety as the Court prescribes or the Administrator determines is appropriate; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Prince William, Virginia.
