NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Fairfax will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in City Hall Annex, Room 100, 10455 Armstrong Street, Fairfax, Virginia, 22030, for the following:

Public hearing and Council action on an ordinance authorizing and approving a Deed of Easement between the City of Fairfax and Fairfax County Water Authority for the installation, construction, operation, maintenance and repair of one or more water mains and appurtenances thereto on certain real property owned by the City and having Tax Map No. 48-4-01-000-C and 48-4-01-003.

Public hearing on the proposed City of Fairfax 2026 Legislative Program.
