The Government of the District of Columbia is soliciting electronic Bids for the following:

CAPTION: FY26 Maintenance of GSI

The Office of Contracting and Procurement, on behalf of the Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE) seeks a qualified contractor to perform assessments, and routine, restorative, and reconstructive maintenance on just over 3,000 District-owned and installed green stormwater infrastructure (GSI) to keep them in good working order per the 2020 Stormwater Management Guidebook. The contractor will provide maintenance reports including detailed information for tracking, invoicing, and reporting to the DOEE’s Self- Inspection Self-Reporting program. Maintenance reports (work completion reports) will list activities performed, hours of staff time billed, and quantities of materials used during the maintenance of the GSI.
