The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Prince William, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Prince William, Virginia, described as follows:

Tax Map No. 7891-55-8913

Account No. 001252

All that certain lot, piece, or parcel of land located in Prince William County, Virginia containing 3.65 acres more or less and bearing GPIN: 7891-55-8913, Account No. 001252.

LESS AND EXCEPT that portion of land conveyed to John M. Oleyar and Rittie M. Oleyar from Louisiana Sullivan by Deed dated May 25, 1935 and recorded on December 28, 1935 in the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office for Prince William County, Virginia as Deed Book 96, Page 262

And being the remaining portion of the same real property conveyed to Louisiana Sullivan from John Clark and Fannie Clark by Deed dated March 23, 1895 and recorded on April 1, 1895 in the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office for Prince William County, Virginia as Deed Book 43, Page 395.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 110, Page 440; Deed Book 96, Page 262
