NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Fairfax County Planning Commission at the Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax, Virginia 22035, at which time the Planning Commission will consider the following:

RZ/FDP-2024-DR-00019 - MCP DULLES TECH CENTER LLC, RZ and FDP Appls. to rezone from I-4 to PRM to permit residential development with a maximum Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 1.41 and approval of the conceptual and final development plan. Located S. of the Dulles Toll Rd. at the S.W. corner of the intersection of Dulles Technology Dr. and Sunrise Valley Dr. on approx. 12.14 ac. of land. Comp. Plan Rec: Mixed Use. Dranesville District. Tax Map 16-3 ((1)) 31. (Concurrent with PCA-79-C-037-010).

PCA-79-C-037-010 - MCP DULLES TECH CENTER LLC, PCA Appl. to amend the proffers for RZ-79-C-037 previously approved for industrial development to permit land deletion and associated modifications to proffers and site design with an overall Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 1.41.
