NOTICE OF ADOPTION

OF ORDINANCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of the Code of Virginia and the Vienna Town Code that at its regular meeting held on November 10, 2025, the Town Council of the Town of Vienna, Virginia (the "Town") adopted an ordinance entitled "Ordinance Authorizing the Issuance of General Obligation Public Improvement Bonds, Notes or Other Forms of Indebtedness of the Town of Vienna, Virginia; Providing for Reimbursement to the Town of Vienna, Virginia from Bond Proceeds; and Authorizing the Execution and Delivery of Certain Documents Related Thereto" (the "Ordinance"). The purpose of such general obligation bonds or other indebtedness is to provide funds to finance or refinance the costs of projects for which bond proceeds have been appropriated, including parks and recreational facilities improvements, road improvements, water and sewer system improvements, and other public facilities improvements and certain other public improvements described in the Town's capital improvement plan, and the costs of issuing the bonds or other indebtedness.

A copy of the full text of the Ordinance is on file in the office of the Town Clerk and may be viewed Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
