SHOW CAUSE ORDER

IT APPEARING that a report of the accounts of LINDA CARO REINISCH, Personal Representative of the Estate of BARBARA ANNE SPIETH, deceased, and proof of the debts and demands against the Estate by and through its Counsel, JESSICA J. NIESEN, has been filed in the Clerks office, and that more than six months has elapsed against the qualification of the Personal Representative, upon the motion of the Personal Representative by and through her Counsel, it is therefore;

ORDERED that creditors of, and all other persons interested in, the Estate show cause, if any they can, on 12th day of December, 2025 at 9:30 AM before the Arlington County Circuit Court at 1425 North Courthouse Road, Arlington, Virginia 22201 at its Courtroom, against payment and delivery of the Estate of BARBARA ANNA SPIETH, deceased, to the distributees without requiring refunding bonds.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in THE WASHINGTON TIMES, a newspaper circulated in the County of Arlington, Virginia.
