WRITTEN TESTIMONY CARRIES THE SAME WEIGHT AS ORAL TESTIMONY. Written testimony for consideration and questions may be submitted via the online testimony form on the project webpage under the “Participate” tab or via email to the project manager, Khursheed Bilgrami, at Khursheed.Bilgrami@montgomerycountymd.gov.
