THE OBJECT of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bonds of matrimony from the Defendant, Alex Gabriel Garcia Rivero, on the grounds set forth in the Complaint filed herein. IT APPEARING by affidavit filed according to law that the Defendant, Alex Gabriel Rivero, cannot be found, and that all practical due diligence has been used without effect to ascertain the location of the Defendant, it is therefore

ORDERED that Alex Gabriel Rivero appear before this Court on or before January 9, 2026 and do what is necessary to protect his interests in this suit and it is

ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the jurisdiction of this Court, and that a copy of this Order be posted at the front door of the courthouse of this Court.

The Clerk of the Court Shall file a certificate of publication in the case file upon receipt of proof of publication.
