ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The reason for this cause is a Petition for Aid and Direction filed by the Executor of the Estate of Kathleen Ann Myers. An affidavit having been made and filed showing that the "Parties Ambiguous or Non-Existent" in the above-entitled cause cannot be found despite diligent efforts to identify the entities. The affidavit further shows that the Petition for Aid and Direction sets out: The parties to be served as interested parties by the general description of "Parties Ambiguous or Non-Existent." The "Parties Ambiguous or Non-Existent" are ambiguous or non-existent entities replaced with the closest identifiable charitable organizations to carry out the intent of the Will of the testator and avoid a lapse of legacy. All remaining interested parties of the estate have consented to the interpretation of Will and replacements of the "Parties Ambiguous or Non-Existent." The replacements named in the Petition for Aid and Direction are deemed to replace the "Parties Ambiguous or Non-Existent" as "Parties Replaced" and are interested parties of the estate
