Ordinance to amend, reenact, and recodify Chapter 14.3 (Immobilization, Removal, Towing and Storage of Vehicles from Private Property), Sections 14.3-5 (Operator and Driver Requirements and Standard of Practice) and 14.3-9 (Fees) of the Arlington County Code to amend the initial towing fee and placard requirement for tow trucks.

Ordinance to amend, reenact, and recodify Chapter 25.1 (Taxicabs) of the Arlington County Code, by amending Section 25. 1 – 12 to changes in the rates of fare to be effective January 1, 2026.
