The Annual Meeting of the Holly Hill Condominium Council of Unit Owners will be held on Thursday, December 17, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., via Zoom, meeting ID: 818 4559 7532; passcode: 139957. The Bylaws provide that a quorum of 25 percent of the total votes appurtenant to the Units, being present in person or by Proxy, is required to conduct business at the Annual Meeting. In accordance with Section 11- 109(c)8(ii) of the Real Property Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland (Maryland Condominium Act) and Section 5-206 of the Corporations Article of the Code of Maryland, if a quorum is not achieved at the meeting, a majority of the members present in person or by Proxy may call for an additional meeting. If so called, the additional meeting shall be held at 7:15 pm on December 17th via the same Zoom link.
