SHOW CAUSE ORDER

THIS CAUSE COMES BEFORE THE COURT upon the Motion of the Executor, The Geller Law Group PLLC, by and through its counsel, for Entry and Publication of a Show Cause Order.

IT APPEARING TO THE COURT that a report of the accounts of The Geller Law Group PLLC Executor of the Estate of James Sinnott Sheldon, deceased, and of the debts and demands against the Estate have been filed in the Clerk's Office, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification and that this Order is a proper one, it is hereby

ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the Estate do show cause, if any they can, on the 16th day of January, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. before this Court at its courtroom, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of James Sinnott Sheldon, deceased, to the legatees with or without requiring refunding bond. It is further

ORDERED that this Order shall be published in the Washington Times once a week for two successive weeks pursuant to §64.1-556 of the Code of Virginia, as amended. Entered this 2nd day of December, 2025.
