Notice is hereby given in accordance with Chesapeake Bay Preservation Ordinance (CBPO) Section 118-6-3 of the Code of the County of Fairfax that the Exception Review Committee will hold a public hearing in Room 8 of the Fairfax County Government Center Building, 12000 Government Center Pkwy, Fairfax, VA 22035, on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. on:

Encroachment Exception Request # WAIV-2025-00192 and Water Quality Impact Assessment #WQIA-2025-00011, Jonathan Lindroos, an application for an exception to allow a swimming pool and its associated deck and patio partially in the Resource Protection Area (RPA) under the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Ordinance (CBPO) Section 118-6-8 at 3705 Waples Crest Court, Oakton, Virginia 22124; Fairfax Farms, Lot 71B; Tax Map #046-4-((02))-0071, Springfield District.
