NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Fairfax County Planning Commission at the Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax, Virginia 22035, at which time the Planning Commission will consider the following:

RZ-2024-DR-00018 - FLAGSHIP VIRGINIA OPCO, LLC, RZ Appl. to rezone from R-1 and C-8 to C-8 to permit a car wash with an overall Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 0.09. Located on the E. side of Dranesville Rd., S. of Leesburg Pike on approx. 1.04 ac. of land. Comp. Plan Rec: Retail and Other. Dranesville District. Tax Map 6-3 ((1)) 2A and 2B. (Concurrent with PCA-78-D-049 and SE-2024-DR-00031).

PCA-78-D-049 - FLAGSHIP VIRGINIA OPCO, LLC, PCA Appl. to amend the proffers and associated site design for RZ 78-D-049 to permit a car wash with an overall Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 0.09. Located on the E. side of Dranesville Rd., S. of Leesburg Pike on approx. 1.04 ac. of land zoned R-1 and C-8. Comp. Plan Rec: Retail and Other. Dranesville District. Tax Map 6-3 ((1)) 2A and 2B. (Concurrent with RZ-2024-DR-00018 and SE-2024-DR-00031).

SE-2024-DR-00031 - FLAGSHIP VIRGINIA OPCO, LLC, SE Appl. to permit a car wash. Located on approx. 1.04 ac. of land zoned R-1 and C-8. Dranesville District. Tax Map 6-3 ((1)) 2A and 2B. (Concurrent with RZ-2024-DR-00018 and PCA-78-D-049).

Staff reports are typically published two weeks prior to the hearing, although changes to the schedule may affect their date of publication.
