The District of Columbia (the “District”), Office of Contracting and Procurement, on behalf of the DHCF”, seeks a contractor to provide software-as-a-solution (SaaS) and related services for the District’s Medicaid FFS Pharmacy Benefit Management. The PBMS and associated services must also support the following: adjudication of valid pharmacy drug claims, management of pharmacy and prescribing provider networks, administration of certain District functions defined herein, and other subsidiary work defined herein
