Wherefore, the plaintiff respectfully requests that the court: grant a divorce a vinculo matrimonii based on one year separation. Award the plaintiff sole ownership of the property located at 1106 N. Gilmore St. Baltimore, MD 21217. The parties separated on or about March 2012, and have lived separate and apart without cohabitation and without interruption since that time, with the intention that the separation be permanent.
