The Complainant prays that he be awarded a divorce a vinculo matrimonii from the defendant on the grounds of having lived separate and apart from the defendant for a period in excess of six months since May 2025, and that the Separation and Property Settlement Agreement dated July 9, 2025, be affirmed, ratified and incorporated by reference, but not merged, into the final decree of divorce.
