ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of the above captioned matter is the name change of the minor child to be known as CALEB AMARI ALSTON by Petitioner, ROSHAUNDA ALSTON; and

It appearing by affidavit filed according to law that the last known address of the Respondent, MICHAEL CRUDUP, JR., is 2 Sacramento Drive, Apt. 10, Hampton, VA 23666; the Respondent's present whereabouts are unknown, and diligence has been used by or on behalf of the Petitioner to ascertain in what county, city, or even country the Respondent is without effect, it is therefore ORDERED that the Respondent appear on or before the 10th day of February, 2026 before this Court and do what is necessary to protect his interests. And it is further ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Prince William. The Clerk of this Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse, and shall mail a copy of this Order to the Respondent at the address, if any, given in the affidavit of the Petitioners filed herein.
