The property is Zoned PBD, Planned Business District and designated COM-2, Commercial with a Transect 2, in the County’s Comprehensive Plan. The property is located within the Highway Corridor Overlay Districts, E-Commerce Overlay District, Airport Safety Overlay District, and Gainesville 66/29 Special Planning Area.
