Friendship PCS seeks proposals for an external assessment-literacy expert to build the capacity of K–12 coaches, instructional leaders, and teachers to interpret assessment data and translate it into equitable, high-impact instructional actions. The consultant will support the development of a unified, evidence-based data system and strengthen consistent assessment practices across campuses.

. Friendship PCS seeks proposals for Strategic Communications and Storytelling Consultant Services. to assess, strengthen, and operationalize a comprehensive communications function that advances organizational priorities, strengthens brand clarity, and elevates authentic stories of impact.
